Farmer’s Pot
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of oil
500g ground beef 500g potatoes 250g colourful peppers
2 carrot(s)
400g
canned chunky tomatoes
300 ml Strong vegetable broth
200 g soured milk
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt
hot as a rose paprika powder.
Preparation
Cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces after peeling. The peppers were also diced into little bits.
The minced meat is cooked in hot oil until it is crumbly. Tomato paste, stock, and tinned tomatoes are used to deglaze. Add the peppers, carrots, and potatoes. For around 40 minutes, simmer with the cover on over medium heat. Continue to boil without the lid for a further 10 minutes to decrease. Add the sour cream after seasoning with the spices.
